Приехал он к родителям на недельку, на Новый год и, по счастливой случайности, оказался родственником одной из участниц нашего гулянья. Там мы и познакомилась… Между нами вспыхнула ТАКАЯ страсть (а может любовь с первого взгляда, хе…), что он решил продлить свой отпуск еще на недельку-другую. Все было просто супер, и жизнь казалась сказкой. Он говорил, вот закончишь институт – увезу тебя к себе в Москву, поженимся, нарожаем кучу детишек, а сам пока буду готовиться (куплю квартиру, найду хорошую работу и т.д.). Уехал. Месяц переписывались и все. Пропал. Его сестра сообщила мне, что к нему приехала его бывшая подруга-стерва и поставила его «под каблук». Я пострадала, поревела, забыла. Спустя 2 года звонит, говорит: я приехал, давай встретимся. Встретились. История начинает повторяться – «прости дурака, люблю безумно, выходи за меня замуж» и т.п.

Все ничего, но меня просто шокирует и обижает его поведение… когда общаемся заочно (SMS или по асе) – все красиво, романтично, а на деле его любовь ни как не проявляется! Может несколько дней не звонить, не писать. Или говорит: «завтра встретимся», а сам пропал. Его сестра говорит, что он мучается от того, что по приезду неэкономно растратил все свои деньги и теперь не может ни куда меня пригласить и переживает, потому что думает, что не нужен мне «такой лох без денег», когда вокруг наверняка полно денежных ухажеров. Но я то знаю, что это не так! Меня вовсе не интересуют его деньги! Неужели он равняет всех по своей бывшей материальной девушке, которой только его деньги и были нужны?! Мне хочется внимания, любви, доверия… , а этого нет… Я не знаю как себя вести. Не хочу сама проявлять инициативу. Не знаю верить ли ему… я вообще не понимаю его, просто НЕ ПОНИМАЮ! Я в растерянности…

Он приехал по делам, но уже их все решил. Говорит, что осталось решить только один вопрос - со мной. Говорит, останется здесь до середины января, но если в Москве случиться что-то срочное и неотложное – придется улететь.

Студенческие стипендии, повышение стипендий - стипендии студентов вузов, ПТУ и техникумов, студентов повышаются в 2 раза

С 1 сентября в два раза повышаются стипендии студентам вузов, а также учащимся ПТУ и техникумов. В два раза возрастет также стипендия аспирантам и докторантам высших государственных учебных заведений и научных организаций.

Минимальная стипендия студента вуза, отметил первый заместитель министра образования России Григорий Балыхин, достигнет 400 руб., студента-отличника – 600 руб. Стипендия для малобеспеченного студента будет равна также 600 руб. Таким образом, теперь студент из малообеспеченной семьи, имеющий отличные оценки, сможет получать, обучаясь в вузе, стипендию размером в 1,2 тыс. руб.

Со следующего года предполагается увеличить на 25% стипендиальный фонд, которым в каждом вузе будут распоряжаться студенческие советы самоуправления, сообщает газета "Известия". Таким образом, успевающий или имеющий материальные затруднения студент, по усмотрению студенческого актива может иметь прибавку к своему "учебному жалованью".

Стипендии учащихся ПТУ и техникумов возрастут с 70 руб. до 140 руб. Но, как пояснил замминистра образования, кроме стипендии за учебу, учащиеся ПТУ, находящиеся на гособеспечении, получают еще 350 руб. ежемесячной компенсации на питание. Таких детей в России насчитывается около 1 млн.

В этом году на выплаты им таких компенсаций из госбюджета выделено 3.5 млрд. руб. В проекте нового бюджета эта сумма остается прежней. Стипендии аспирантам увеличатся с 500 руб. до 1 тыс., а докторантам – с 1 тыс. руб. до 2 тыс. руб., отметил Балыхин.
